Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. For Class 7 (learner) training, you must have your valid BC Learner’s License. For Class 4 and Class 5, you must have the appropriate prerequisite license or permit.
Everyone learns at a different pace. During your first lesson, our instructors will assess your current skill level and suggest a training plan that ensures you are prepared for your ICBC road test.
Absolutely. We offer an “ICBC Road Test Package” that includes a warm-up lesson and the use of our dual-brake, ICBC-approved vehicle for your test.
Yes. We provide pick-up and drop-off services for all lessons within our service area in Vancouver.
Restricted: Allows you to drive vehicles with a seating capacity of up to 10 people (including driver), such as taxis, limos, and rideshare vehicles (Uber/Lyft).
Unrestricted: Allows you to drive vehicles with a seating capacity of up to 25 people (including driver), such as buses and shuttle vans.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. However, to respect our instructors' time, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any lesson cancellations or rescheduling. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate.
Payment Policy
* All lessons and packages must be paid for in advance * We accept [List methods: e.g., E-transfer, Credit Card, Cash]. * All prices are subject to 5% GST.
Refund Policy
If you choose to cancel a multi-lesson package after training has begun, we will refund the remaining balance of unused lessons, minus a $50 administration fee. Refunds are not available for single lessons once they have been completed.
Safety & Conduct
As professional instructors, our top priority is safety. Any student who displays reckless behavior or refuses to follow instructor safety guidelines will have their lesson terminated immediately without a refund.
Documentation
It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they have their valid driver’s license (or learner's permit) with them for every lesson. If you arrive without your license, the lesson cannot proceed, and a cancellation fee will apply
